Art therapy workshops are an excellent way to explore your creativity while taking care of your mental and emotional well-being. The workshops involve experimenting with different art materials, techniques and ideas, which promote creativity and self-expression.

 

Many people have difficulty expressing themselves verbally or processing their emotions. Art therapy workshops provide a safe and supportive environment for self-expression and art offers a way to express thoughts and feelings which can help people understand themselves better and find new and creative ways of managing problems.

Art therapy workshops provide a vehicle for expression, promote stress reduction and relaxation, enable social connections and improve problem solving and creativity. Furthermore, studies in this area suggest that engaging with art and creativity releases the feel-good hormone in the body, dopamine, which improves our emotional well-being.
