This initial call is free and carries no obligation. It’s an opportunity for us to talk about what you’d like support with in therapy and for you to ask any questions you may have. After our conversation, if we both feel that therapy could be helpful for you, we’ll arrange your first session.
Where Sessions Take Place
In-person sessions take place at my practice in Setúbal, at Av. de Angola 29, 2900-053 Setúbal. As a UK-trained, English-speaking art psychotherapist in Portugal, I offer in-person sessions at my practice in Setúbal and online art psychotherapy for adults. Online art psychotherapy sessions take place via video call and are available in English or Portuguese to adults living across Portugal, the UK and elsewhere in Europe.
