In a world that favours extroversion, people who identify as introverts, may find it challenging to navigate social expectations that encourage ease of communication, frequent social interaction and a preference for collaborative work. This can be emotionally and mentally exhausting for introverts, who may be perceived as shy, antisocial or lacking confidence which can in turn, can impact their social and professional relationships.
However, introversion brings unique strengths, such as keen observation, active listening, critical thinking, creativity and the ability to focus deeply. These qualities are not only valuable contributions but also essential for fostering a more diverse and balanced society.
Embracing one's true nature is fundamental to well-being. Whether extroverted, introverted, or somewhere in between, understanding and accepting who you are is key to a greater self-acceptance and a more fulfilling life
